When one of our team members enters your home, they are equipped with a mask, gloves and coverings for their shoes. We practice social distancing, and eliminated any meeting that can be done via a virtual meeting or a phone call. We are taking this very seriously and are doing everything we can to meet the goals of our clients all while keeping everyone safe.
How We Are Able To Serve You
Our physical offices are closed, however we have a number of ways we can still help! Number one, we would love to get on a phone call to learn about your needs, buying or selling goals, and your situation! If your preference is video, we can also do a video call. We can do virtual showings via Zoom or Facetime! In addition, we have a virtual notary and many documents can be signed remotely via Docusign!
What You Can Do To Help

If at all possible, postpone any repairs or maintenance that was scheduled to be completed by a company. Or at least find out what they are doing to practice social distancing and help reduce the spread. If you do have someone come in your house, be sure to sterilize after they leave. It’s also a great idea to start a pattern to sterilize on a regular basis. Practicing social distancing, washing your hands often and disinfecting your house are some simple ways to help protect you and your family. And of course, if you feel any sign of illness, stay home and call your doctor immediately!

Although this is unprecedented times and like most of us are feeling a bit stir crazy, this does not mean you should stop making plans to buy or sell in Edina.
